What this site sells
A licence to use Lumen·TV, an application for LG televisions running webOS 5.0 and later. The licence covers a number of televisions, stated at the point of sale, and is sold either as a monthly subscription or as a single payment.
Lumen·TV is a player and nothing else. It does not host, distribute, resell, aggregate or include any channel, stream, recording or programme. It plays a playlist the user supplies, from a provider the user has their own arrangement with, exactly as a media player plays a file. The publisher has no relationship with any broadcaster or content provider, and the user is responsible for holding the rights to whatever they load into the application.
Any broadcaster name or logo that appears inside the application comes from the user’s own playlist and is displayed to identify a channel to its viewer. No affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is claimed or implied.
Intellectual property
The application, this site, the Lumen·TV name and the ◊ mark belong to the publisher. The typefaces are Fraunces, Inter Tight and JetBrains Mono, used under the SIL Open Font License and served from this domain. The application’s open-source components and their licences are listed in the application under Settings → About.
Terms and conditions
The terms of sale govern any purchase. The right of withdrawal page explains how to cancel within fourteen days. The privacy notice explains what is done with personal data, and the cookie page lists what is stored on your device.
Disputes and mediation
A consumer who has raised a complaint with us and is not satisfied may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator within one year: [MEDIATOR NAME AND ADDRESS — required of any trader selling to consumers, article L612-1 of the Consumer Code].
The European Commission also runs an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
French law applies. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country they live in.

To report unlawful content or use, write to support@lumentv.app with enough detail to identify what you are reporting. Note that this publisher hosts no content: reports about a channel or a stream belong with the provider supplying it, not here.
