Three shapes of playlist.
You bring the subscription. This page is only about the shape of the thing you paste, so you can tell which of the three you have before you start.
We do not recommend, rank, resell or partner with any IPTV provider, and we have no relationship with any of them. What you subscribe to and whether you are entitled to it is between you and them.
M3U / M3U8

What it is
A plain list of channels and their stream addresses. The most common thing a provider hands you, and the most common thing a self-hosted setup produces.
The guide
Give the XMLTV address separately if your provider publishes one — it is usually a second link beside the first.
Worth knowing
Also accepted as a file rather than a link, if that is what you were given. The parser reads it as it downloads, so a very large list starts appearing instead of freezing the set.
Xtream Codes
Server address, username, password — three separate fields
What it is
A login rather than a link. The application asks the server for live channels, films and series, and it derives the guide address from the same credentials.
The guide
Nothing further to enter: the guide comes from the same three fields.
Worth knowing
The most convenient of the three, and the one to prefer if your provider offers both this and an M3U link.
Stalker Portal
A portal address and a MAC address
What it is
A handshake per session, with each stream link resolved at the moment you tune to it.
The guide
None. A Stalker guide comes through the portal API, and reading it is not built.
Worth knowing
Works, and is the least featured of the three because of the guide.
Adding it takes a phone.
The television shows an eight-character code. You open the page on your phone, paste whichever of the three you have, and the set collects it by itself — an Xtream address carries your username and password in its own path, and a living room is a poor place to type one a character at a time in large letters.
The address is erased from our side the moment your television has it. The privacy notice says exactly what that means.
